The user can notify the admin of a problem faced while using ConvergeHub by Submitting a Ticket.
Input a self-explanatory subject title for the problem that you are facing in the Subject field. It is a mandatory field and therefore, can't be left empty.
Select the module name for which the issue has occurred from the Application Area dropdown.
Select the nature of the problem faced by you from the Request Type dropdown.
Add description in the text area provided.
