The whole idea of integrating social tab in the CRM is to build an integrated interface for users and customers to share and collaborate. With the facility of managing social media from the CRM, you can get a deeper insight into the customer's likes, preferences and opinions and accordingly customize your client approach.

You can get social feeds of a lead by adding the social profile link/URL in the CRM database.

Adding of social links into the CRM:

Image ModifiedClicking on the drop down option, you can choose the social medium for which you want to put the social link.

   Note: at present, ConvergeHub only supports Twitter. Integration of other social mediums is soon to follow.

 

After clicking on Twitter, you can copy paste the social link of the lead's Twitter profile in the empty field.

Image ModifiedOnce you have copy pasted the link, click on Image Modified to complete the procedure.

Viewing the social updates

You can view the social feed of a lead in 2 ways:

    1. Clicking on

    1. the Image Modified icon under the lead's image will redirect you to his/her Twitter profile.

2. Clicking on the social tab will open up a new page in the CRM showcasing all the tweets posted by the lead.
